Juan Manuel is a Partner of the Corporate, M&A and Financial Practice of the firm. A significant component of his practice involves advising private equity funds and strategic blue-chip investors.

Juan Manuel worked for 5 years as the co-head of the M&A and Financial practice area of a major international law firm in Bogota. In 2007 and 2008 he worked with Chadbourne & Parke in New York.

He was a professor of “Obligations” at Universidad de los Andes and created the course and was professor of “International Transactions” at Universidad de los Andes.
