DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán is one of the most active law firms in terms of ProBono work in Colombia. We are committed to our work with the ProBono Colombia Foundation, a non-profit organization that from year 2000 promotes and facilitates equal access to justice for people and groups in situations of social vulnerability as well as for nonprofit organizations.
DLA Piper New Perimeter
As part of the global network of DLA Piper offices, we participate in some of the projects organized by New Perimeter, an initiative to offer long-term legal advice in order to promote and support access to justice, social and economic development and stability of legal institutions globally.
Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA)
DLA Piper is a proud promoter of the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), an association that represents Hispanics who are part of the legal profession. In addition, the Hispanic / Latino Resource Group, DLA Piper's Hispanic / Latino resource group, works to promote the retention and advancement of Hispanic / Latino attorneys by providing a platform for professional and business development, fostering a collaborative environment where expertise diversity and inclusion is valued.
Tiempo de Juego
At DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán we collaborate with the Fundación Tiempo de Juego (Play Time Foundation). The foundation is based on play as a tool for community transformation to promote capacities and therefore empower children and young people, inspiring them to be agents of change. Our firm has collaborated with its concept of community play empowerment by organizing a charity match in which our team played in a soccer match for a good cause.
Consultative Committee Program Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá
DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán participates, in the invitation of the Vice Presidency of Business Strengthening, in the Consultative Committee Program, which provides probono assistance to small and medium-sized entrepreneurs interested in strengthening their corporate governance mechanisms, through the experience of boards of directors. This confirms our commitment to Colombian entrepreneurs, with their growth and sophistication.
