She focuses her practice on advising local and foreign clients in the design of corporate governance structures and in the prevention and resolution of conflicts among shareholders, the partnership and with the corporate administrators.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Camila worked in the Litigation and Arbitration practice area of an important Colombian firm.
