Lawyer and civil engineer graduated from Universidad de los Andes, Colombia. He is Associate in the infrastructure, projects and public law practice area where he has focused on advising and accompanying private entities in the development and execution of projects and transactions related to road and airport infrastructure, transportation, and mobility, as well as in accompanying and advising on government contracting, administrative law and regulatory matters.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltran, he worked as a lawyer in a road project for one of the most recognized construction companies in the country; he oversaw all legal, regulatory and contractual issues related to the construction of a part of the road connecting the cities of Villavicencio and Yopal in eastern Colombia.
