Carlos is an associate in the Projects, Infrastructure & Public Law practice area.
He focuses his practice on advising and assisting private entities in the development and execution of projects and transactions related to road and airport infrastructure, transportation and mobility. As well as in the assistance and advice in matters of government contracting, administrative law and regulatory issues.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, he worked as a lawyer on a road project for one of the most recognized construction companies in the country; he was in charge of all legal, regulatory, and contractual issues related to the construction of a road that connects the cities of Villavicencio and Yopal in eastern Colombia.
