Carlos is a senior associate in the Insurance & Torts practice area.
He focuses his practice on the judicial and extrajudicial representation of national and foreign clients in controversies before ordinary and contentious administrative judges and arbitration tribunals. He has experience in civil liability, public procurement, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Carlos worked in the dispute resolution practice area of two important law firms in Colombia.
