Daniel is an associate at the Tax practice group. He is a lawyer from the Universidad del Rosario, where he taught “Teoría de la Argumentación Jurídica” as an assistant professor.
He also holds a master's degree in Law, Government and Justice Management, specially focused on the restorative component of the “Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y No Repetición” from Universidad de los Andes, where he was also a graduate teaching assistant for the Legal Theory class.
He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Economics from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in partnership with the OMMA Business School in Madrid.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, he worked as an associate in some of the most prestigious firms in Colombia.
