Daniela is an associate of the Environmental Law and Sustainable Development practice area. She is a bilingual attorney with over two years and a half of experience in environmental law. She focuses her practice on providing legal advice for the structuring and feasibility of sustainable projects, mainly in the real estate industry, investigation and overall advocacy in environmental urban planning and protected areas, management of environmental sanctioning administrative proceedings, as well as the granting proceeding for permits, concessions and authorizations, before national and local environmental authorities, for the use and exploitation of natural resources.
She also has experience on corporate, commercial and regulatory matters related to sustainability and environmental law in the mining and energy industry, in addition to providing legal advice to other sectors with environmental implications, such as the chemical, pharmaceutical, transport and infrastructure industries.
