Diana is a partner in the Labor Law & Immigration practice area.
She has more than 15 years of experience advising employers on day-to-day labor issues, on matters related to social security and on administrative procedures before the Pension and Parafiscal Management Unit (Unidad de Gestión Pensional y Parafiscales). Additionally, she has litigated during this time in the labor jurisdiction.
She is a specialist and professor in Social Security at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. She also holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Law and Social Security from the same university. These studies have allowed her to provide her clients with optimum advice in this area.
Diana is an outstanding professional in her area of practice, among others, for her extensive experience advising local and foreign companies and foreign workers in obtaining visas, work permits and validation of their professional degrees in Colombia.
