Laura is a senior associate in the Infrastructure, Projects & Public Law practice area.
Her practice focuses on advising national and international clients on public procurement, infrastructure projects and public law matters. She has extensive experience in advising on the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, PPP contracts, managing the formulation and implementation of policies, programs, plans, and multimodal infrastructure projects in the public and private sectors. In addition, she is co-author of the Arbitration Decisions in Transport Infrastructure book.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Laura worked as Director of Infrastructure at the Ministry of Transport, Advisor to the Vice-Ministry of Infrastructure, and as a lawyer in the country's leading law firms in the areas of infrastructure law and public procurement, airport concessionaires, infrastructure trade associations, and regional development banks, gaining valuable multidisciplinary experience.
