Laura is a partner in the Tax Law practice area.
She has acted as an adviser on international tax matters, corporate and tax issues, particularly in wealth planning, M&A deals and investment structures. She is a lawyer from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, a Postgraduate Degree in International Business Law and a Master’s Degree in Private Law from Universidad de los Andes.
With over 15 years’ of experience, she has worked in the tax law team at international firms in Colombia, advising clients in corporate reorganizations and international investment structures in different sectors.
In addition, she has taught as a professor and participated in conferences in different forums and universities.
