María José Aguilar

María José is an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration practice area.

She focuses her practice on advising local and international companies in matters related to public law. Likewise, she has experience in administrative law, constitutional law, government contracting and the legal-business relations of the Public Administration.

Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, María José had experience in the defense of public entities and private companies in judicial proceedings before the Contentious Administrative Jurisdiction, as well as in the structuring of public-private business projects, such as the incorporation of mixed-economy companies in different municipalities of Colombia.
