María José her practice focuses on advising local and international lenders, borrowers and financial entities in various financing operations, including syndicated and corporate loans, project finance, acquisition finance, financing with multilateral and credit agencies, securitizations and in general, through capital markets.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, María José was part of the project finance team for more than 4 years in two important law firms in Colombia.
