Nicolás is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance practice area.
He has broad experience dealing with financial regulation issues and focuses his practice on advising local and international lenders, borrowers and financial entities in various financing operations, including syndicated and corporate loans and project and acquisition finance, with multilateral and credit agencies, securitizations and in general, through capital markets.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Nicolás was part of the unique securitization company in Colombia, as well as of the banking and finance team of an important law firm in Colombia.
