Nicolás is a partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency practice area.
He has more than 15 years of experience as a litigator, advisor and consultant in corporate, insolvency and civil liability matters.
He is an undergraduate and postgraduate professor at different universities in Colombia, and a speaker on corporate and insolvency matters. In addition, he is Arbitrator of the Medellín Chamber of Commerce and Mediator for Business Recovery of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce.
Before Joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Nicolás was Delegated Superintendent for Insolvency Proceedings (2015 - 2018), for the Superintendence of Companies of Colombia and Superintendent of Companies (e) (2017).
