Paola Andrea Aldana
Paola is Partner of the Infrastructure, Projects and Public Law practice area. For more than 16 years, she has been especially active in project structuring, project transactional advice, providing support in government contractual matters, regulatory issues and administrative law.
She has advised investors in infrastructure projects, leading construction companies in the industry, public entities and multilateral organizations. Likewise, she has worked in important local firms, standing out for the leadership of the infrastructure practice in the last position she held. Between 2015 and 2016 she worked at Dechert LLP in New York.
In 2013 she obtained a grant from the United States Department of State that allowed her to develop important social work with the Hispanic community in Washington D.C. Currently, she leads conversations to close diversity and gender gaps in the legal profession.
