Daniela is a senior associate in the Corporate M&A practice area.
She focuses her practice on advising local and foreign companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, commercial, foreign investment and foreign exchange regulation.
She represents private equity funds, venture capital funds and international and domestic corporate clients in the acquisition of companies. She has extensive experience in advising on all corporate processes of mergers, spin-offs and structuring of Colombian companies.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, she worked at a big four firm in Colombia in the corporate and M&A practice areas.
