Juan Manuel is an associate in the Corporate Conflicts practice area.
He focuses his practice on advising local and foreign clients in the design of corporate governance structures aimed at preventing corporate conflicts, as well as in the implementation of litigation strategies to resolve them.
He is currently an assistant professor of the "Societies" class at Universidad de los Andes.
