María Paula Ramos

María Paula is an associate in the Litigation & Arbitration practice area.

She focuses her practice on advising local and foreign companies in judicial proceedings, disputes concerning State Contracting, punitive administrative processes, and constitutional actions. Likewise, she has experience advising clients in Civil and Commercial Law matters.

Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, María Paula was an intern at a local law firm specializing in civil and commercial litigation, arbitration and competition law. She was also an intern at the Constitutional Court of Colombia and was part of the Public Actions Group of Universidad del Rosario, where she had the opportunity to see cases of great national interest.
