Natalia is a senior associate in the Competition, Data Protection and IP practice area. Her career is focused on matters related to unfair competition, restrictive competition practices, data protection and consumer protection.
She has extensive experience representing national and international clients before the national competition protection authority. Natalia has advised numerous foreign companies on their privacy and data protection policies to comply with the Colombian data protection regulations. Additionally, she has submitted several notifications and requests for pre-evaluation of business concentrations before the national competition authority.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, she was an associate of one of the main law firms in Colombia and a lawyer at the Legal Office of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
