Natalia is a senior associate in the Competition Law & Consumer Protection, Intellectual Property and Data Protection practice areas.
She has extensive experience representing national and international clients before the national competition authority, both in antitrust investigations and in merger control filings. Likewise, she also advises clients for their policies and practices to comply with Colombian privacy and consumer protection regulation.
Additionally, Natalia develops strategies to protect, license and exploit clients’ intellectual property assets. Her practice includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating complex commercial and intellectual property agreements, such as license agreements for copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets.
