María Alejandra is an associate in the Banking & Finance practice area.
She is a lawyer with a minor in Management from Universidad de los Andes with a Postgraduate Degree in Corporate Finance from Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración – CESA. She has experience advising both local and foreign clients on banking and financial regulation, capital markets and FinTech. She also focuses her practice on international M&A transactions and corporate law, especially for clients interested in starting operations in Colombia.
