Darío Gil

Darío is a paralegal in the area of Corporate Conflicts. He specializes in advising local and foreign clients in the design of corporate governance structures oriented to the prevention of corporate conflicts, as well as in the implementation of litigation strategies to resolve them.

He has experience in litigation and arbitration, and was an assistant professor of Procedural Law and Corporate Law classes at Universidad del Rosario.
