Juan Fernando is a senior associate in the Compliance area. He has more than 10 years of experience in the practice of commercial and contractual law, compliance, industrial property, copyright and others.
He has extensive experience and knowledge in the creation, implementation, update, monitoring and control of internal policies regarding legal compliance, as well as supporting companies to ensure compliance with legal requirements and best practices in this matter.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Juan Fernando had experience as a compliance officer in retail, ensuring the adequate implementation and control of its policies and measures regarding the prevention of money laundering and terrorism financing, anti-corruption and business ethics, as well as providing support and advice regarding any inquiry or need on legal compliance matters.
