Juan Manuel is Partner of the Corporate M&A and Banking & Finance practice areas.
He is focused on advising investment banks, private equity funds, search funds and first-line strategic investors in mergers, acquisitions and disposition of assets in Colombia and Latin America.
For more than five years, Juan Manuel was head of the M&A and Banking and Finance practice areas at a prestigious international law firm operating in Bogotá.
Between 2007 and 2008 he worked at a prestigious firm in New York. In addition to having been a professor of the “Obligations” class at Universidad de los Andes Law School, he designed and launched the International Business course at the same university.
