Sebastian is a partner in the Banking & Finance and Project Finance practice areas.
He has advised lenders, borrowers and local and international financial entities in diverse financing operations, including syndicated and corporate financings, project and acquisition finance, with multilateral entities and export credit agencies and through the capital markets, including the issuance of bonds and shares in both local and international markets subject to Rule 144A/Reg S.
Before joining DLA Piper Martínez Beltrán, Sebastián worked for 7 years in one of the leading law firms in Colombia and between 2014 and 2016, he worked as an associate in a prestigious firm in New York.
